Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Junior Buyer to join the Procurement team at our site in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC.
The main responsibilities of the position:
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain product information such as price, availability and delivery times;
- Use our ERP system to generate, issue and receive purchase orders;
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery;
- Review and update open purchase orders;
- Review and update open purchase orders; Perform data entry and filing of documents and files;
- Other administrative functions related to purchasing.
Qualifications and experience:
- 1 year of work experience in the purchasing field
- Have a diploma related to the job and/or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills in French
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Have good computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and move from one task to another in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
