Machinist – Saint-Bruno, QC
Using manufacturing drawings provided by engineering and conventional machine tools (lathe, milling machine, drill), you will have to machine the various parts needed to assemble the equipment produced by the company.
In collaboration with the manufacturing team, the Machinist will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring that deadlines and ISO 9001 quality assurance requirements are met
- Calculating dimensions and tolerances
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications in order to comply with data in the drawings and specifications provided by engineering
- Performing scheduled tests and inspections
- Verifying that the welding equipment is in good condition and ensuring its maintenance
