Task Description:

Under the responsibility of the Director of Engineering, the role of the product manager is to direct and direct, at the technical level, the activities related to the development, realization and evolution of the products under his responsibility. It ensures that the specifications and design of the product comply with the requirements and objectives set (technical specifications, performance, budget, quality, etc.). In more detail, he must:

  • Participate in the development of proposals.
  • Identify purchases that may impact delivery times and inform the Project Manager.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Engineering, the Project Manager and the Technical
  • Coordinator, establish the set of requirements and tasks required to carry out the project and carry out detailed planning of the work at the engineering level;
  • Ensure the coordination and technical implementation of the products under his responsibility.
  • Acts as technical engineering representative to customers and other departments (sales, service, project, production, etc.).
  • Participate in the monitoring of engineering and product development costs.
  • Review and seal drawings and drawings for manufacturing.

Required Skills:

  • B.A. in Engineering, Mechanical or Unified.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Minimum experience in a production and manufacturing plant environment
  • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical.
  • Computer software knowledge (Word, Excel, MS Project, CAD, Solidwork).
  • Knowledge of finite element computing;
  • Knowledge in quality assurance.
