At EPIQ Machinery, we challenge the boundaries between a technology company and a heavy equipment manufacturer by continually integrating new technologies into our equipment. We are currently seeking a Purchasing Clerk – to join our procurement team at our Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC location.

The main responsibilities of the position :
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain information on products, such as price, availability and delivery times;
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery times are met;
- Review and update open purchase orders;
- Review and update open purchase orders; Perform data entry and filing of documents and records;
- Other administrative functions related to purchasing.
Qualifications and Experience :
- If you have experience in a purchasing department that is a plus but we will train you on the job.
- We are looking for someone who can communicate in French and English 99% of the time via email.
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Have good computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to multi-task
