Our Talent Acquisition and Team Culture Specialist will be responsible for attracting, leading, and developing talent while promoting our culture based on our passion for challenge, which drives all our talent and projects.

You will quickly deploy your 360-communication plan and develop tools to promote our passion for challenge culture on our social networks, our website, and any other relevant media.


With your creative and innovative mind, you will publish diverse and entertaining content to convey the employee experience, culture, and our EPIQ values to our future talent and the public.

Acquisition of our talent

As a visionary, you will develop talent attraction strategies to fill new positions and participate in our development.


You will be able to skillfully use the various social networking platforms to identify and attract passive and active candidates and communicate with them in English or French.


Your eagle eye will be able to evaluate, select and introduce the best candidates to managers.


You will take care of EPIQ’s reputation as an employer by developing the CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE journey beginning with the very first conversations, and you will ensure the ongoing onboarding of our new talent.


With the EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE at heart, you will observe, listen and analyze their training needs and their potential for ongoing career advancement.


Your interpersonal skills will be invaluable in developing agreements to promote the EPIQ brand with various external partners such as recruitment firms, educational institutions, professional associations, job fairs, etc.

Your background

You have a bachelor’s degree in HR or industrial relations. We are open to atypical backgrounds with a combination of relevant education and experience.


You have three years of experience in talent acquisition in addition to having worked on other projects.


Your chameleon-like profile allows you to blend into the industrial plant environment with your hard hat, goggles, and safety boots as much as in the administrative offices with the sales team and engineers.
