The AGV Applications Specialist plays a key role in the integration, deployment, and support of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems. Acting as a technical expert for our clients and internal teams, they ensure the performance, safety, and continuous optimization of deployed AGV solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Client Support

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable AGV solutions.

  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.

  • Provide technical guidance and personalized assistance.

Implementation and Integration

  • Participate in the configuration, installation, and commissioning of AGV systems.

  • Ensure smooth integration of systems into client environments.

  • Work closely with engineering, project, and service teams.

Technical Support and Optimization

  • Provide second-level support remotely and on-site.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Analyze system performance and propose improvements.

  • Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance programs.

Training and Documentation

  • Train clients and internal teams on AGV operation and maintenance.

  • Prepare and maintain manuals, troubleshooting guides, and procedures.

Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

  • Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or industrial mobile equipment integration.

  • Proven experience with AGV systems (major asset).

  • Strong understanding of AGV-related software and hardware.
