The AGV Applications Specialist plays a key role in the integration, deployment, and support of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems. Acting as a technical expert for our clients and internal teams, they ensure the performance, safety, and continuous optimization of deployed AGV solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
Client Support

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable AGV solutions.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
-
Provide technical guidance and personalized assistance.
Implementation and Integration

Participate in the configuration, installation, and commissioning of AGV systems.

Ensure smooth integration of systems into client environments.

Work closely with engineering, project, and service teams.
Technical Support and Optimization

Provide second-level support remotely and on-site.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Analyze system performance and propose improvements.

Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance programs.
Training and Documentation

Train clients and internal teams on AGV operation and maintenance.

Prepare and maintain manuals, troubleshooting guides, and procedures.
Safety and Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
What we are looking for:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or industrial mobile equipment integration.

Proven experience with AGV systems (major asset).

Strong understanding of AGV-related software and hardware.
