We are currently looking for an Electrical Designer to join our Engineering team at our Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC location.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing and preparing contract assemblies
- Ensuring drawings are produced accurately and in compliance with applicable codes and drafting standards
- Drafting and preparing electrical layouts, schematics, and details from sketches or notes
- Reviewing sketches, drawings, specifications, and other technical data and providing technical support as needed
- Producing drawings using EPLAN (90%) and AutoCAD (10%)
What we’re looking for:
- Technical or professional diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Design
- 3 years of experience in electrical design (with AutoCAD and EPLAN)
- Good knowledge of electrical codes
- Experience designing electrical panels and junction boxes
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both French and English to support our English-speaking clients
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creativity
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or annex form
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization is limited
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Schneider, and Siemens is considered an asset
