EPIQ is preparing for its next chapter: Rob Velan joins as President and EPIQWAY Leader
We are pleased to officially announce Rob Velan as President and EPIQWAY Leader of EPIQ Machinery.
Rob joins EPIQ at an important moment in our evolution. Over the past five years, we have grown rapidly — expanding our geographic footprint, strengthening our capabilities and product portfolio, and building an increasingly global organization.
As President and Leader of the EPIQWAY, Rob will work closely with our executive team and business unit leaders to lead the next phase of EPIQ’s transformation and growth. His focus will be on translating our strategy into execution, strengthening alignment across the organization, accelerating the deployment of the EPIQWAY, and continuing to build the structure, processes and leadership capabilities required to support our ambitions.
Rob brings extensive leadership experience, a strong operational mindset and a proven ability to lead organizations through growth and transformation.
Complementary Leadership for EPIQ’s Next Chapter
Mr. Velan’s appointment strengthens EPIQ’s executive leadership structure while allowing CEO Éloïse Harvey to further focus her efforts on the company’s long-term development and external positioning.
Thus, Ms. Harvey will continue to define EPIQ’s vision, culture and major strategic directions alongside the Board and executive team, with an increased focus on client and strategic partner relationships, acquisitions and partnerships, industry engagement, and EPIQ’s international presence and influence.
On the other hand, Mr. Velan will lead the executive team and focus on organizational alignment and execution, translating EPIQ’s vision and strategic priorities into actions and results across the organization.
Together, their complementary roles strengthen EPIQ’s leadership team and provide the structure needed to support the company’s continued growth and evolution.
“EPIQ has tremendous opportunities ahead of us. Rob brings the leadership, discipline and experience we need to turn those opportunities into sustainable performance while continuing to build one EPIQWAY across our businesses and geographies. I am very excited to have him join our team and to work alongside him as we write EPIQ’s next chapter.”
— Éloïse Harvey, CEO and External Affairs of EPIQ Machinery
