Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Payroll Technician is responsible for managing the complete payroll process, along with various administrative tasks.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process
- Preparing tax slips and other payroll-related documentation
- Performing bank reconciliations in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, CAD)
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records
- Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
- Recording expenses and hours for the After-Sales Service department
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive data
Qualifications and Experience:
- A DEP in accounting, administration, or a related field — or any other relevant experience
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
