We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team at our Chicoutimi, QC location.

Main responsibilities of the role:
- Contact, meet with, and ensure communication with clients for repair, improvement, or tooling projects
- Take ownership of orders for masts, handling tools, and furnace maintenance
- Take measurements and prepare presentation drawings
- Manage the quotation process for work, equipment, or tools to be provided
- Upon order reception, perform detailed planning of the work. Validate and/or locate existing compliant drawings
- In collaboration with involved departments, initiate projects
- Establish schedules and manage any changes or adjustments
- Monitor budgets using the integrated management system
- Follow up with clients and obtain necessary approvals when required
- Ensure delivered equipment complies with client specifications and order details, including all contractual administrative documentation
- Coordinate delivery activities
- Complete manufacturing order (MO) closures and project billing
- Support and collaborate with the parts and after-sales service (AFS) department
- Any other related tasks as required
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant studies
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a production plant environment and in mobile machinery development
- A passion for development and innovation
- Experience in automated systems design
