We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team at our St-Bruno, QC location.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Contact, meet, and maintain communication with clients for repair, improvement, or tooling projects; 
  • Manage orders for forks, handling tools, and furnace maintenance; 
  • Take site measurements and produce presentation drawings; 
  • Carry out the quoting process for required work, equipment, or tools; 
  • Upon receiving an order, create a detailed work plan. Validate and/or search for existing technical drawings; 
  • Collaborate with all involved departments to initiate projects; 
  • Establish project timelines and manage changes or adjustments; 
  • Monitor the project budget using our integrated management system; 
  • Follow up with the client and obtain necessary authorizations as needed; 
  • Ensure delivered equipment meets client specifications and order details, including all required documentation; 
  • Coordinate delivery activities; 
  • Close manufacturing orders (MOs) and manage project invoicing; 
  • Collaborate with the parts and after-sales service (SAV) department; 
  • Perform any other related tasks as needed. 

 

Required qualifications and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or any other relevant field. 
  • Around 5 years of experience in a production plant environment and in the development of mobile machinery; 
  • A strong passion for innovation and development; 
  • Experience in automated systems design.
