Your Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials
- Assist with inspections of all mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components received
- Gather and prepare parts for the painting and assembly departments, and follow up on their progress
- Prepare packaging for parts allocated to different projects and distribute them to the appropriate departments
- Prepare materials for shipping (crates, boxes, pallets, etc.)
- Prepare shipping documentation for carriers (FedEx, Purolator, etc.)
- Create shipping lists and take photos of parts sent to clients and job sites
- Perform other related tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both French and English (written and spoken) to support our English-speaking clients
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- A team player with strong collaboration skills
- Handy, detail-oriented, and meticulous
